Originally from Coimbatore, Kavya completed her bachelors and masters degrees in biochemistry from Avinashilingam University, Coimbatore. She is interested in developing therapeutic strategies using protein evolution and engineering in the context of neurodegenerative diseases. In her free time, she likes to cook, read, or listen to music.
